Shipping costs

We ship up to 31.5 kg (the maximum weight for each zone can be found in the corresponding table) with Deutsche Post AG and DHL. Shipping costs are therefore broken down by region:

• Germany
• DHL Zone 1 - European Union
• DHL Zone 2 - Great Britain and Northern Ireland (except the Channel Islands), Switzerland
• DHL Zone 3 - Rest of Europe excluding Zones 1, 2, and 4
• DHL Zone 4 - Russian Federation
• DHL Zone 5 - North, Central, and South America
• DHL Zone 6 - North Africa, Middle East
• DHL Zone 7 - Asia, Africa excluding Zone 6
• DHL Zone 8 - Australia and Oceania

If you would like a different shipper, please let us know before payment or directly in your order. We will then clarify the shipping costs and delivery times for you.

For shipments over 31.5 kg (or the maximum weight for the respective zone), we will calculate the shipping costs based on your shipping requirements (forwarding company, air/sea freight, etc.). Please contact us after placing your order. Thank you!
