CNC Turning

As a manufacturer of technical components, we produce numerous precision parts for our own products. For this purpose, we have a modern CNC precision automatic lathe with a powered 12-position turret and a bar feeder at our disposal.

• Bar machining: collets up to Ø 32 mm
• Chuck machining: semi- or fully automatic with 3- or 4-jaw chuck up to Ø 300 mm
• Travel ranges: X = 250 mm, Z = 285 mm

The driven tools enable complex machining operations such as cross drilling, milling, and thread cutting in a single setup. This ensures high dimensional accuracy, excellent surface finishes, and short lead times.

We process plastics, aluminum, steel, and stainless steel. In addition to manufacturing our own components, free capacities are available for contract work and custom parts based on drawings or samples.

In combination with our other manufacturing capabilities – CNC milling, CNC plasma cutting, die-sinking EDM, plastic injection molding, anodizing, powder coating as well as electronics development – we realize complete assemblies and customized solutions from a single source.
