Plastic Injection Molding: Efficiency – Even for Small Series

As a manufacturer of our own products, we also rely on in-house production of plastic parts. We mainly produce for ourselves, but we have free capacities that we are happy to offer to our customers.

Your Advantages at a Glance

  • Own injection molding machine and tool manufacturing – everything from a single source
  • Cost-effective semi-automatic production possible – attractive for very small and small series (50–10,000 parts). Even complex parts (e.g., with cores, undercuts) are therefore price-attractive
  • Innovative, self-developed clamping system for efficient semi-automatic operation while maintaining consistent production parameters
  • Consultation and cooperation understandable even for non-experts

Our Machine Data (BOY 22 A Pro)

  • Maximum clamping force: 220 kN (22 tons)
  • Shot weight: up to approx. 25 g, depending on the material
  • Typical mold dimensions: 196 × 196 mm, height: 200 mm
  • Materials: PP, PE, ABS, TPU, TPE, PA, PS, and other technically similar plastics
  • Automatic handling available if required
  • Extremely fast color change – made possible by our self-developed liquid color system. Ideal for small series of differently colored parts!
  • Temperature control unit with active mold temperature regulation
  • Additional quality control options: weighing, thermographic inspection, 3D scanning, etc.

In-House Tool Manufacturing

A major advantage for our customers is our in-house toolmaking: we manufacture our injection molds and dies ourselves – both from steel and, often for small series, from aluminum. These aluminum molds are cost-effective, quick to produce, and ideal for small series and prototypes. On-site, we have CNC turning and milling, surface grinding, and EDM available.

Semi-Automatic Production for Cost Efficiency (Even with Complex Parts)

In addition to fully automatic operation, our production also offers the option of semi-automatic production: here, the mold is opened manually after injection and the parts are removed. This approach allows the use of more complex molds with multiple cavities while keeping production costs low – perfect for very economical yet sophisticated small series.

Self-Developed Magnetic Clamping System and Efficient Slider Systems

To increase flexibility and speed, we have developed an innovative, self-developed magnetic clamping system for our molds. This enables:

  • Fast, tool-free change of inserts
  • Short setup times and thus faster production cycles
  • Modular molds for different parts on one machine
  • High speed in mold disassembly thanks to easily removable cores and sliders

Cost-Effective Cooperation with Our Customers

We offer two different payment models:

  1. You send us your sketch/CAD data and other specifications (material, quantity, etc.), and we will provide you with price, delivery time, etc.
  2. For a product that could also be interesting to others, we produce the mold at our own cost and manufacture your parts. In this case, you only pay for the parts, and the mold remains with us. This way, you save the entire mold cost. After production, we add the item to our product range. Your benefits: you receive your parts at a fair unit price, and you have the option to reorder additional parts at any time at low cost.

No CAD File? No Problem!

The sketch is the first step after your idea. For an initial inquiry ("Is this even manufacturable?"), a hand-drawn sketch is usually completely sufficient. This allows us to quickly understand your idea and plan the next steps together with you – initially without any complex technical drawings.

🎯 Are You Interested?

You need parts but perhaps have little or no knowledge of injection molding? Then you’ve come to the right place! We are happy to discuss with you what is possible, what is not, and how we can best bring your idea to life. Just contact us for a non-binding conversation.
