A successful anodizing process stands and falls with an attractive, durable coloration. Here we offer you special anodizing dyes in industrial quality from globally renowned manufacturers of dye chemicals as well as our own products. These dyes are extremely robust, highly economical, and easy to use even for private users.

Material: EN-AW 6060 (3.3206 / AlMgSi0.5)
Cleaning/degreasing: using Cleaning Agent for Aluminium
Current density: 1.5 A/dm²
Sulfuric acid concentration: 18% (see also Sulfuric Acid)
Anodizing bath temperature: constant at +19°C
Anodizing time: 60 min
Coating thickness: approx. 20 µm
Dye bath temperature: 45°C
Dyeing time: 15 min

Sealing: 60 min water-based at +90°C with 3 ml/liter Sealing Solution 90

Deviating parameters of individual color samples are specified separately in each case. Please note:
Our color samples represent example colorations only. Due to the large number of parameters (alloy, coating thickness, temperatures, concentrations, treatment times, etc.), the visual effect of the dyes can be varied over a wide range. In addition, due to the structure of anodic coatings, the color impression can differ significantly depending on the angle of incident light. Photographic images - even under defined conditions - can therefore only reproduce the real surface appearance to a very limited extent.
