Our CNC Plasma Cutter for Laser-Like Cutting of Medium-Format Sheets

The self-developed CNC plasma cutter combines innovative technology with high precision – ideal for metal processing in single-part or small-batch production. With a working area of 1250 × 1250 mm, even medium-format sheets can be fully processed by sectional machining.

The core of the machine is a custom-designed cutting head that delivers burr-free cuts with laser-like quality. This precision ensures that for thin sheets (up to approx. 1 mm) no reworking is required – the workpiece can be used or assembled immediately.

We process sheets across the entire thickness range from thin to heavy plate (0.5 – 10 mm). This allows us to realize a wide variety of projects – from delicate parts to robust components.

Underwater cutting provides additional advantages:

• Virtually no thermal distortion – the material remains dimensionally stable
• Clean, smooth cut edges – less post-processing required
• No sparks, no dust – improved safety and a cleaner working environment
• The cut sheet remains cool and can be removed immediately

Most of the machining is done for our own production needs, but we are happy to offer available capacity to our customers.
