CNC Milling

In our CNC milling department, we manufacture parts for our own products (front panels, EDM electrodes, housing machining, etc.) as well as larger series from plate material. At the same time, we always have available capacity for customer projects. We use a powerful 3-axis machining center:

• Machining dimensions: X = 600 mm, Y = 600 mm (extendable to 1200 mm), Z = 200 mm
• Spindle power: 5 kW
• Spindle speed: up to 24,000 rpm
• Tool changer: 12 positions (expandable)
• Workholding: machine vises, custom fixtures, vacuum table for plate machining
• Cooling lubrication: minimum quantity lubrication (MQL)
• Chip extraction

The high spindle speed enables fine surface finishes and short machining times, while the vacuum table ensures secure and distortion-free clamping of plates. With minimum quantity lubrication, machining is both efficient and environmentally friendly. No additional cleaning of the parts is required.

We primarily process plastics, graphite, and non-ferrous metals (aluminum, brass, copper, etc.).

In combination with our other manufacturing capabilities, we provide complete assemblies and customized solutions from a single source.
